Whey protein concentrate 80 is a product obtained by the separation of the whey protein from the pasteurized liquid whey in the ultrafiltration process so that the finished product contains at least 80% protein.
It can be used as a food additive and is a source of nutritional protein for supplementation. WPC 80 is used in the production of bread, baked goods, soups, creams, sauce premixes and in many types of meat. It is unflavoured and can be given any flavour or aroma.
